Include with every issue

Browser and operating system.
File type and approximate row/column count. Do not send sensitive source data unless an appropriate agreement exists.
Selected row variable, column variable, filters, weight variable, and missing-value setting.
Whether the issue occurs in CSV, XLSX, PDF, batch report, chart, or AI analysis.
Screenshot or copied warning text from the workspace.

Self-checks

For import issues, try a small CSV export of the same data to isolate spreadsheet formatting problems.
For local Gemma issues, confirm that the browser exposes WebGPU and that the model URL passes the Gemma check script.
For statistical warnings, check small expected counts, active filters, and whether weights are frequency-style weights.
